Pokemon Tabletop United Forum RP

Well, this is the WIP for the Pokemon Tabletop Forum RP.
In order to apply, simply submit a character.
How you ask? Well, simply solve this reading comprehension test:

Step 2: Click on the Core rulebook inside the folder
Step 3: Read the first part

Firstly, establish a character background
Pick three of the following skills to lower to Pathetic Rank
Then, pick one to raise to Novice, one to Adept.
This is called your Skill Background, feel free to give it a fancy name.
The Skills can be found on the PTU Trainer Sheet in the zip, in the areas below "Mind" "Body" and "Spirit"
