The guards have never been identified, they hide themselves behind full bulletproof uniform and a gas mask, ensuring they can't easily be killed or even harmed. They were always vicious and cruel, they do whatever they want and no one can stop them. Rumor said the owner of the facility is one of the guards which is why they get to do anything they want.
